The service
Nimori provides browser games through a rotating free shelf. A registered, email-verified account may play its current free selection. An All Access membership unlocks the complete available catalogue while the membership remains entitled.
All Access membership
All Access costs €2.99 per month, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. It renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record and provides the secure checkout, receipts, invoices, payment-method updates, and cancellation tools.
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your Nimori account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, so access continues until then. Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy, and your mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected. Contact nimori@mind27.com if a charge appears incorrect.
Your account
Provide an address you control, confirm it, protect your password, and use the service lawfully. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian. Do not automate large numbers of accounts, probe private areas, interfere with other players, or submit manipulated scores.
Games and availability
Free-game availability rotates. Nimori may tune, add, replace, suspend, or retire games and features as the catalogue develops. Early-release progress and scores may be reset when rules materially change. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Original content
Nimori's name, interface, artwork, and original games are protected content. You may play them personally through the service, but may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Safety, suspension, and changes
We may rate-limit or suspend activity that threatens the service, other users, payments, or fair play. Material changes to membership price or these terms will be communicated before they take effect where required. If a price change applies to your next renewal, you may cancel before then.
